Ms. Hudspith is a family law attorney in the Columbia office of GFB Law. Her areas of focus include divorce, child custody, high-asset divorce, and mediation.
Ms. Hudspith concentrates her practice on domestic relations matters, including divorce, post-decree modifications, child support, custody, paternity actions, and maintenance awards. She has a particular focus on high-net-worth divorce cases and is committed to providing strategic, client-focused representation in complex family law matters.
Jordan was raised in Tampa, Florida, and earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in 2011. She subsequently attended Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, where she earned her Juris Doctor. Upon graduation, Jordan was admitted to the Alabama Bar and practiced civil litigation, including insurance defense. She later relocated to Columbia, Missouri, and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2017. Since joining the Missouri Bar, her practice has included contractual disputes, civil litigation, and workers’ compensation defense. Jordan brings extensive experience representing individuals and entities in a wide range of civil matters in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Hudspith’s commitment to family law is deeply rooted in her personal background. Growing up, she shared her home with numerous foster children from diverse backgrounds, an experience that shaped her understanding of family dynamics and reinforced her desire to help clients navigate emotionally and legally complex family law issues. She places a strong emphasis on clear communication and attentive client service, striving to guide each client toward the best possible outcome aligned with their goals. Jordan is dedicated to zealous advocacy in all family law matters.
Jordan is a certified mediator and is also certified as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of children in contested custody proceedings. She is a member of the Boone County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Jordan resides in Ashland, Missouri, with her husband and daughter. Outside of her practice, she is active in her local church and enjoys gardening, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.
